The plyometric tool that grows with you, the Cortex Soft Plyo Box 15cm gets you jumping higher and higher. Part of a modular set, our Soft Plyo Boxes are designed to be used in combination to progress with you as you improve, or give you access to different exercises. To support stacking, the boxes have Velcro tabs that lock boxes in place to stabilise them through intense workouts. The 15cm box on its own is perfect for beginners, and lets you tackle step-ups and step-overs.

Our Plyo Boxes are made out of High Density EVA foam that is soft enough to minimize the risk of tripping and falling, while providing enough density to make it feel like you're not jumping on a sponge.

You'll be able to have a huge range of heights up to 60" / 150cm with a combined set of 4. Boxes can be stacked on and connected securely with Velcro.
